BST Exports maintains Corporate Social Responsibility through its ideology and materialize its ideology through its services:
We respect the prohibition of child labour employment by the Indian Constitution in factories and mines [Article 24], which is compatible with Child Labour Norms of ILO, WTO & EU. We ensure that children are not abused and citizens are not forced by economic necessity to work under 12 years [Article 39 (e)]. We also ensure compulsory education to children up to the age of 14 years (Article 45).
We don’t use export incentives given by our Government for making the prices uneven for competing in the global market and therefore is free from Anti-Dumping duty, Anti pollution duty and countervailing duty.
We strictly maintain Import Restrictions by using hypodermic needles, continuous pollution check method, by not pouring industrial waste to the river water and not using the shipments whose carriage, importation or exportation is prohibited by the Indian Constitution and as well as the international law.
Our labels are written in English & Importing Country’s official language, which meet the Basic Labeling Requirements in International Trade. We remain focused on compliance with the International Trade Laws.
